If someone ask me what place I recommend to go in Portland... my answer for sure is going to be Cacao! I haven’t had anything more tasty and delicious that this cocoa shots and they are only 2 bucks. Super recommend!!!

Absolutely the best hot chocolate I have found in the States. The chocolate is made on site and not from a pump container. You can choose from milk chocolate to extreme dark.
