The food was delicious and interesting. Standard fare had a creative twist which made a winning combination. The interior is light & bright with large windows, and outdoor seating is also available. It's ideal corner location is only about 3 blocks from the Oregon Convention Center and a convenient walk.

This little cafe is an 8-minute walk from the food desert which is the Oregon Convention Center. Well worth the walk (even in the rain) for a fresh made sandwich.

The choices included many veggie and meat sandwiches...I had the Rose City, made with ham and swiss, but had to split it with my wife after she had a taste...of course I had half of her Figalicious with prosciutto, walnuts, gorgonzola and fig jam.

My hubby and I stopped for a quick breakfast bite. Bagel with egg, etc... It was delicious, but they do not have oatmeal or wheat bagels :o(

Loved the Panini. Fresh, great flavor. Loved that you could also get a cappacino. Fair prices. Friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely make this one of my go to spots when visiting Portland.

The title says it all. I stopped by for a quite bite before a conference. I ordered a panini to go and waited 30 minutes for my order. It was mediocre at best. The atmosphere was nice though and the cashier was friendly. Good place to wait if you have to wait.

This was conveniently located for lunch break from a seminar I attended. The food was high quality at a fair price. The selection was good. I highly recommend this place. It's small and a bit crowded but that's to be expected. Great breakfast and lunch menu choices. I would eat here more often if there were a place near me.... More

In a hurry to get to my conference, I stopped here. I ordered a latte and Parmesan bagel with bacon. The latte was great as the espresso was nice and strong. The grilled bagel was good but I felt that it had more butter(i think) it needed. The barista gave me a 10 estimated wait time but it was easily... More

I was looking for a quick, healthy lunch while attending a conference at the Oregon Convention Center when I came upon J Cafe. It's a tiny place with a few tables and a couple of counter spots. It was obviously popular based on the line, which moved quickly. Although there weren't many available seats, there was a pleasant little park... More
