Family dinner with members from the Texas area that was a wonderful experience. Started off with hurricanes that are of a sane size such that you can enjoy your dinner. We reviewed the menu ahead of time online and had a good idea what to have. Catfish was generous in portion and delicious. Shrimp creole was also great and not... More

You feel you are eating in New Orleans with out any decorations. The food is amazing for this 15 year restaurant in a part of Portland you would not expect fine dinning. The table are simple, the seating area is smal and loud and nothing as far as decor to add to the New Orleans feeling. SIMPLE. The food is... More

Small intimate place with Greeeeeat food, rock solid drinks and apps, wonderful service and a fantastic vibe. First time in Portland and I hit the jackpot. Ohhhh and the bread pudding will make you wanna slap yo mama!! Lol. A great neighborhood spot. The reason I will always search out small businesses who's passion comes through in their product.

This is one of my favorite neighborhood places for a special meal. The New Orleans type food is wonderful and they have great cocktails.

This is by far our favorite restaurant in the Portland metro area. have been here now several times, always bring visitors here, we managed to grab seats for their Valentine's dinner and continue to return every chance we get. i am totally hooked on shrimp .. and their Louisiana Barbeque Shrimp is out-of-this-world. although they offer it as a small... As someone who has spent a good deal of time in New Orleans, I know there is a lot of variability in how even the most traditional dishes are prepared. There is "no single right way." The goal is to use proper technique, and make sure the final product tastes delicious. That is exactly what happens at Acadia! Exceptional technique... More

My mother and I spent a delightful evening on Saturday night at the Acadia Bistro. The staff were friendly, appreciative of our company, and all contributed in some way. The food was excellent and a good representation of Cajun/Creole. Prices were realistic and serving sizes good. Hope to get there again someday.
