The cigar lounge is top shelf. Small, comfortable with excellent waiters and waitresses. Would come back.

The atmosphere was good with some nice live music. The menu was relatively expensive. The Salmon was good with nice sauce and mushrooms. I was disappointed with the 20% service charge that was taken for two people.

Went here recently with my wife for a high end dinner but were somewhat underwhelmed by the food and service. We've eaten at plenty of other premium steakhouses (Capital Grill, Morton's, Ruth's Chris etc) and based on their online description and prices we were expecting...More

The short summary- every employee was entirely professional in every way; well-trained, knowledgeable and courteous. Atmosphere is right out of the 1920's old school like they say in their marketing. Dark wood throughout and just the right lighting. Live flamenco guitar was top-notch, cool old...More

My girlfriend and I decided to try El Gaucho on our date night prior to a Cirque Du Soleil show. We had heard that it was worth the visit somewhere through the grapevine. The setting was decent, darker ambiance, and clean. We arrived right on...More

El Gaucho is the answer to the question by any potential steak aficionado who wonders about the great place for great cuisine, prompt service and live flamenco guitar music... taking into consideration that he is not on tight budget, because the prices are indeed high...More

I don't believe you can smoke directly inside the restaurant but perhaps ask if they have a room to accommodate.

We were served bread shortly after sitting. It was a single option (they may have others if asked) of a nice lightly crisp herb or garlic (if garlic, very light on garlic) bread. It was very enjoyable.
