The Heathman has excellent food and service in an upscale atmosphere. Not cheap but reasonable for the quality. An excellent choice for dinner before events at the Portland Center for the Performing Arts.

The Heathman is known for good food and interesting atmosphere, we like it for pre-theatre dining. The valet parking makes it so easy to have dinner then attend an event. The wine list is good and the service as well.

The Valet parking made it convenient because parking in downtown is always a hassle. But it wasn't cheap. We were seated at the reserved time without having to waiting. Most of the guests left to go the the Symphony, so that would make it convenient...More
Staying at the hotel so have had 3 breakfasts plus a family brunch. The service is a little spotty, but the food is first-rate. The Heathman Continental is a great bargain at $10 for good strong coffee, orange juice, and an excellent scone or other...More
