Several of us got takeout lunch from Kona’s and everyone was pleased. I liked the teriyaki chicken much better than the ribs. I selected fried rice and noodles as my two sides and was happy with both. Lots of food with large servings.

We've grabbed lunch to go a handful of times from this little cafe. The interior is very small so it does not offer much seating. The food is delicious though! You can never go wrong with the teriyaki chicken over rice. Yummm! It's priced well...More

This was a fun little place with great Hawaiian themed food at really good prices. We had Pick 2 combos. Pick 2 meats and 2 sides. I had a rib, Teriyaki Chicken, Pineapple rice and wok fried noodles. It was excellent and plenty left over...More

Although my wife had eaten here before today, this was a first time for me. I was very happy with the price point as ordering up front was the standard Felt the dining room to be less than wonderful, as wainscot was peeling away as...More

Best Hawaiian plate in the whole area. If you love a good BBQ you've got to try it! Great prices and customer service as well.

I can't get enough of the ribs. Delicious, large portion, decent price. It comes with a wonderful sauce and pineapple on the side. The atmosphere is fine and the service is fast. The rest of the menu is also quite good.

I think every item on the menu is really good. He imports wood from Hawaii for his smoker. It's very authentic and delicious. Great neighborhood spot

Pretty good food. The potato Mac salad isn't anything special, it doesn't have any real good flavor to it. The chicken is great, beef tips are awesome, volcano chicken is very hot!

This restaurant has been established for several years, but we recently tried it for the first time. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food is surprisingly good. Basically, you order your choice of meat, your choice of sauce for the meat, and your choice...More

SMALL place. Small parking lot (use street parking if you must), regular sized menu, lots of rice and meat dishes. Lots of sauces. Fast service, reasonable prices. More pluses than minuses. On south of Main Street, on the corner.

An authentic Hawaiian Mix Plate restaurant, you can customize your plate with any one or two meats, and any two side dishes. The plates come in a variety of sizes, from our Keiki Plate ($4.25) for the smaller appetites, up to our Big Kahuna ($11.00) for a taste of everything we offer. Our meat is marinated then slowly barbecued over Keawe (mesquite) charcoal, giving it an excellent flavor. Our Angus Tri-Tip Beef is marinated in our teriyaki sauce, then slow cooked over low coals to perfection. Our center cut ribs are marinated for 3 days, then barbecued slowly over the Keawe charcoal. Our chicken is always boneless, we have three sauces to compliment the chicken that also tastes great on it's own - Teriyaki, sweet and delicious, Volcano, for some heat (but not too much!), and our own Coconut Pineapple Barbecue sauce, with coconut and pineapple to give it a sweet tanginess. The Kalua Pork is slow cooked as well, smoky and salty, just like the main dish at your favorite Luau! Our side dishes include White Rice (the main side dish of Hawaii!), as well as Pineapple Fried Rice, Wok Fried Yakisoba Noodles, Potato-Macaroni Salad and Hawaiian Chips.
