We noticed a lot of cars parked at TJ's so chose it for lunch. It was a great choice! Very crowded - which is a good sign. We ordered one serving of 3 pieces of cod & chips. Many take out orders were being prepared at the same time as those from the tiny restaurant. Not a long wait &... More

Best breakfast on Main Street. Tami is personable and offers great customer service. The place has a good feel to it. Free WIFI and soda refills!

We stayed in Toledo for 4 days, and we ate there for three of those days. If you order one of the lite breakfasts you may be able to finish it. Order one of the regular breakfast items and you may want to bring a friend. The food was really good, the prices fair, the service is spot on. We... More

A small friendly cafe on Main St. Local people checked us out as we entered, and as the waitress was in the kitchen, they told us to sit anywhere. We had eggs bacon hash browns and toast...great breakfast. The eggs were fresh and local. A nice short drive from Newport along the river in the morning. Highly recommend it

My wife and I stopped in for Breakfast and it was very good and the service was great. I had the light breakfast and my wife and the biscuits and gravy and both were excellent.

We met Tammy at Georgie's and she invited us to stop by her café. We did for breakfast and it was terrific! Instead of plain Eggs Benedict, she did scrambled eggs, ham, hash browns in a tortilla with Hollandaise on top. It was amazing. She has a menu that has listings that I want to go back and try. Nice... More

We ate there in Sept with a group of people - service was quick - the food was good - can't complain about anything. Waitress was friendly and did a great job. I would eat there again .

Service was poor, the waitress nearly dropped my soda when she sat it down, then when we asked for a few more minutes to decide she came back over almost immediately nearly demanding our order. I saw my food come up first and sit in the window for 5 minutes before the rest of our order was ready so of... More

The Main Street Cafe is simple, home-style cafe food. It's a very relaxed atmosphere, no pretension here. The original owner sold it a few years ago, and it's hard to measure up to her standards. There are few choices in Toledo for food, and this is a reasonable option. Nothing really special.
