Great little find. Not fancy, a local spot for sure. Good menu selections. Husband had an excellent Reuben and I had a seafood chowder in sourdough bread bowl. Would return and recommend to others!

This is a good spot boats moored by the side, we made some good friends here, and got the tee shirt to prove our visit...

We visited here for a late lunch on a Sunday. Local people were eating in the restaurant part and in the bar part. We ordered a cheese burger with house made fries and a house made roll; and a cheese quesadilla with refried beans, sour cream and a house made salsa. The food was very nicely displayed on the plates,... More

After an afternoon hike, we wanted a place to sit and eat while watching the Trailblazers on TV. I called in advance and verified that the Salty Dawg could receive the game. We loved the size and comfort of the place, and the local working-waterfront atmosphere. Service was prompt and friendly. The food was bar-style, and good. I had basic... More

We enjoy going to the Dawg because the people are always REAL ! Good service and good food. If you are looking for 5 star , it isn't going to be the Dawg. If you are looking for local flavor and tasty food you won't be disappointed. We enjoy the different beers and a great steak.

It was an unusually quiet evening when we were there apparently. The staff were well known to the other few people and everyone was enjoying themselves. There was a good atmosphere. I had a very tasty seafood variety dish and my husband had fish and chips. Both were very enjoyable.

This charming restaurant afforded a nice view of the inlet and good food at reasonable prices. The individually crafted dining tables were beautiful.

I think their Seafood came from a Gorton's box. Clam chowder is basically cornstarch porridge. My son got a burger and he said it was terrible. The fries were just ok. Service was good, the waitress was very friendly. I think the price is terrible for the quality of food.

Really busy and a little noisy for me. Food was very good. We did not have a reservation so we had to wait to even fit in the bar area. Beer was very good and was worth the wait.

Great place to kick back and have some lunch. Rustic charm with variety of locals. I will come back and eat again. :)
