We went here because we tried the Union restaurant across the street and didn't get any service after a few minutes. Husband had a cheesesteak that was ok but the fries weren't very good. Nice place, very clean with family ambient. All meals were prepared at the moment. Cheap price and charge you a $1 additional if you use credit card to pay.

This is not the place to go to sit down and eat! I treated friends to dinner after helping me move. We decided to eat in and what a mistake! I've been eating cheese steaks from joe's steak shop at least 30 years or so and in Columbia this is the best.

First of all....the photograph that is in the first review is not a phograph of Joes. Joe's is a 50s looking dump. Seconly, this is possibly one of the worst restaurants on the planet. We saw this restaurant and decided we had to stop because the letters were mostly missing on the outside of the building. When we walked in it was like being transported to 1950's.
