Stopped in the Stone Rose for a quick bite while working in Conshohoken, PA Cute bar atmosphere. Interesting wine menu. Interesting restaurant menu. Enjoyed yellow pepper bisque soup and short ribs starter. My date had french onion soup and a fully loaded burger - he said was ok. Had some complex taste of seasonings that he didn't expect. The bread... More

Wife and I would tend to visit here 2-3 times per month and have always enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service. The last two times we visited here though the food especially the burgers which we had always enjoyed were extremely salty, undercooked or both (not sure if new chef was brought in over the past several months?).... we will... Food was actually OK -- somewhat "different" and well very prepared. Service was also very good. BUT, it is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to have a dinner conversation at StoneRose. I mean IMPOSSIBLE. The noise level in the restaurant section of the restaurant is off the charts. By the end of the evening, we were screaming at each other just to be... More

I kept being told I should check this place out, well I did and while it is very nice and the menu has some interesting things on it ultimately I didnt really like it. The food was OK but nothing special despite the menu making it sound that way. Dont get me wrong the food wasn't bad but it just... More

We heard the food was good, so we tried it on a Sunday evening and we were impressed with the quality of the food. We had a little wait, however the service was friendly and professional. Will definitely return and look forward to it!

Wonderful atmosphere & even better food & drinks! A mid size menu with a nice mix of choices. The starters included a cheese board that was fabulous as well as soups, seafood, short rib mac & cheese, truffle fries more. The entrees had airplane chicken, a beautiful rib eye & pasta as well as vegetarian options. The drinks were off... More

Overall the restaurant was terrific. The service was excellent. The food selections were interesting and all four dishes at the table were delicious. We also ordered several appetizers-flatbread and duck fries- again...delicious! the wine list included some Pennsylvania wines which is always nice. We shared a sauvignon blanc that appealed to everyone. The only draw back to this restaurant is... More

Previously dined here for dinner but Sunday brunch, while he menu is not as extensive or typical brunch, was excellent. Beet salad, soup of the day were excellent and service was superb

We were visiting the area for our anniversary, so I picked this restaurant for dinner. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is not very big, and the atmosphere was very cozy and romantic. I made reservations and our table was ready as soon as we arrived. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wife enjoyed the burger and I... More

Date night with the wife. Great ambiance on a Saturday night. Bartender was friendly and made a great cocktail. Waitress/Servers were also very friendly. We both ordered french onion soup as an app (very good on a cold night), the parm truffle fries (huge and tasty) for an app as well. I ordered the burger as my main which was... More
