Old style diner with old style problems. Exterior makes the establishment appear closed. Atmosphere somewhat drab and restaurant general found empty. Seem to frequently run out of popular diner items with little concern as to the inconvenience. Too many other choices to choose from to warrant return business

Stopped here on our travels and had a nice breakfast. Nothing fancy or special, but good food. Diner is dated, but it was obvious this is a favorite among locals. As we waited for our food, people just kept coming in. Service was okay. Just kind of plain diner.

I should have known what the food was like when there were only the worker's cars in the lot. I was the only one in the restaurant & it smelled moldy & dirty looking. I ordered a cup of coffee to test the waters & that wasn't even good. I left money on the table & promptly left. Go up... More

This diner is run down and not clean. There is a large menu with pricey option given the environment. As a type 1 diabetic I asked for a special request of a salad instead of fries which is have paid for and was told it isn't possible. The parking lot was empty at lunch time which should have been a... More

We were in the area and were looking for a diner to catch a quick brunch. We spotted this diner and stopped, not seeing any other diners as we drove through the area. My first thought on entering the parking lot was noticing that even though a large church down the street just let out, this place was not full.... More

...or preferably stay out of town! It was a Friday afternoon around 5:00. My son and I had just come into town, and we were hungry. We spotted the Trooper Diner, and I was very apprehensive, because, though it was near dinner time, there were only two other cars in the parking lot. My son, who is a diner enthusiast... More

This place is a nice size inside and the food is ok but a little overpriced if you ask me. Their desserts are large and decadent. Other than that, it is fairly average.

I've been going to this diner on and off for about 3 years. It has always been at least Ok, but lately it is better than just OK. The breakfasts are very good with ample enough food. Again, it's a pretty basic diner but that is...well, okay. It is very clean, which is always important. They have a new waitress... More

Got food poisioning from this piece of drek joint. The owner is a non-accomidating ick. I am allergic to potatoes. Asked for a substitute for fries/chips. "NO substitutions"!! Good, now I know to never substitute another meal w/ your miserable behind or crappy faire.
