Trying to stay away from "chain" restaurants (although some are really very good) and this place popped up in our search. Not too far off the highway, we found it easily and there was plenty of parking space. Busy area, lots of traffic. We got seated right away and realized just how large an establishment it is once we looked... More

Friendly service, a cozy booth, delicious comfort food: this place had everything my husband and I were looking for. We look forward to stopping by again.

Every couple of months, a few old retirees get together here to talk about what's new, and remember the good old days. The food is excellent(including the desserts). We've never been disappointed yet.Their turkey, meatloaf, and chicken pot pie dinners are filling, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The wait-staff is very attentive, and doesn't mind if we overstay our visit to... More

we stopped here for dinner when we were traveling on business a few weeks ago. It looks like a very old style diner on the inside but the food was amazing and we had a variety of items from fish two sausage two beef. I had the potato pancakes as a starter and they were a great size and very... More

This place has amazing Food, a really relaxed Pennsylvania Dutch type atmosphere. Great p4oducts for sale inside too and the cleanest restroom I've ever been in!! It was a pleasure being there.

Friendly staff, wholesome good tasting food, amazing yummy sticky buns, Leiby's ice cream, and milkshakes. The original diner is hidden underneath the brick which now covers the outside and is a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

I stayed at the Econolodge next door and walked over for breakfast. I was greeted in a friendly manner. The food came fairly quick. I waited for a while for the coffee but it was freshly made. The omelette was good and filling. The waitress was quite attentive but not overly so. I enjoyed the meal and didn't feel hungry... More

This place look exactly as in the movies! Every table has its own personal jukebox. The whole interior was so cool! The breakfast was ok. The omeletts were the kind that are folded over with a filling and the american cheese was not good. The rest of the food was ok and the service was good.

Nice diner and restaurant ambiance. Quick on and off to Route 81. So so food and service. I've always wondered how it would be on my previous trips up Route 81. The vegetables were way overcooked, the entree (broiled fish) nearly tasteless, the house salad skimpy, and the rice pudding (I had looked forward to trying it) was just this... More

Gee, this place is rated not just as #1 in Frackville, but also as #2. That's pretty good, and we had a pretty good lunch here, too, when we were driving down I-81 back home to Dixie from the Far North. I'd go back. We sat at the counter, which is not only a way to more easily stand up... More
