I have been here previously and had a much different experience. The food took a very long time to make but there were not that many people at the services. We also ordered the perogies as an appetizer. It was $8 for four small perogies....More

Beer was good. Food was fine. Service was pathetic. Took 15 minutes to get a beer in a place that was not crowded. Server delayed putting in food order and picking up beer for our table. Felicia was our server. Was not a good experience.More

Please abide by your stated hours! We targeted a trip to Appalachian after a Senators game. We walked 30+ minutes in flip flops to arrive at Appalachian at 10:20 - well in advance of the 11:00 closing. The doors were locked. An exiting employee said...More

I love this place. The food is good and consistent. Atmosphere is cool. It was one of the first brew pups in the area. The grilled Caesar is to die for. The burgers are quite good as well! They have a large selection of beers...More

My wife and I were in town for a ballgame and stopped in based upon friend recommendation. Very cool space for a brew/restaurant. The most important point to the rating was the service. My wife and I are trying to stay on a low-carb diet,...More

Description
Our original Appalachian Brewing Company brewpub is located in historic Harrisburg, PA. The impressive three-story brick and heavy timber structure was built circa 1915. The lagering room portion of the brewery dates to 1890. Throughout the brewery, antique brick walls, massive wooden beams, hardwood floors and ceilings provide a warmth and inner glow rivaled only by the beer itself. We are proud to be the first and only brewery in the Pennsylvania State Capital since 1951. ABC serves fresh innovative cuisine to match our tremendous handcrafted ales and lagers!

We hope to see you soon and look forward to serving you and your friends often!
