I have honestly never had a worse experience. I ordered a curbside order two days prior from Duck Donuts at the Hershey location as a surprise for my family on New Year’s Eve because we hadn’t been out much for several months. We drove an...hour for a pickup time of 2:30. When we arrived there were three cars in the spacious lot. I called the number on the sign and an unfriendly voice told me the order wasn’t ready yet. We waited 15 minutes and still nothing. Called back ... no answer. So I masked up and went inside to find no customers waiting, two employees. I went to the counter and said I’d been waiting for my curbside order. The employee got very rude and told me that I should’ve called in. I explained to her that I had. She said no I did not. I said I did and I spoke to one of your employees. She then asked her fellow employee if she had received any calls. That employee shook her head yes and confirmed that she did. So then this rude employee starts to get my order out of the refrigerator and tells me that I should just come into the store because they get really busy. I explained to her that we had ordered two days prior and drove an hour to pick this up and this was our first experience. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She refused to give me her name. Very disappointing. I contacted the store but no response. Will never return. The donuts were good but not worth being mistreated.More
