We stopped in on a Saturday and although it was extremely busy we were able to find a seat and we sampled a few beers. The food was surprisingly good. We had the barbecue brisket, grilled cheese and tomato soup, and the fish wrap. All...were above average. Time did not permit us to go on a tour but if ever in the area again I would like to .More

We stopped by on a Thursday afternoon as we were traveling and they were busy when we arrived a little before 5 pm and continued to get busier headed towards the evening. It is open seating so the first thing to do when you arrive...is start looking for a place to sit. Wait staff comes by to get drink orders and food orders happen at the food counter. We had a brisket and pulled pork sandwich with fries. The food was good and came out relatively quickly. The beer selection was good with about 30 different choices from experimental to flagship brews. We tried six from different categories and they were all very good. The atmosphere was lively and the staff were attentive while busy. They also have a store and tours if you want to see the brewing process. There was indoor and outdoor seating but very limited mask wearing. It was an overall good setup and much larger than the typical microbrewery.More

This was a excellent brewery to visit. The venue has shady outdoor seating and the inside is well laid out. It has a small hot items bar you can order and plenty of tables to sit. The staff was pleasant and on point checking in...on us.More

We had been to Troegs several times and took the guided production tour this visit. Our tour guide was very knowlegable and made the tour informative as well as entertaining. I highly recommend the tour for those who like beer and are interested in brewing....The food has always been great and typically includes locally sourced items. The staff have always been courteous and excellent during our visits. The Troegenator is a long time favorite beer of mine and I also am a fan of their Helles Lager and others. This is an exceptionally great brewery that offers food to go well with beer.More

Great location near Hershey Park. A nice selection of beers to selected from. Friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of on site parking.

Seriously, I get that no one should be that family/couple that walks into a restaurant right before they close and then eats/drinks slowly. But our family got there 40 min before closing which didn't seem at all unreasonable. We just wanted to grab a quick...bite to eat and try their beer. Ordered food immediately... got a pulled pork sandwich, the pretzel app, a brisket and two kids meals. The food took almost 20 min to prepare which seemed really slow given what we ordered and how few customers there were. The food was ok, we really liked the soft pretzel app. The beer was great. The staff however, were unprofessional and ruined our meal. From the moment we got our food we had 20 min left to eat before official close time. THREE times in that 20 min period they stopped by our table to announce that they were closing soon. At one point two staff members stood at the little condiments shelf/area next to our table and just kept loitering/staring our way and being loud and making it clear they wanted us to leave. Then a manager (I think) walked by our table briskly without stopping and announced, "you've got about 5 min then we have to ask you to leave". IT WASNT EVEN CLOSING TIME YET. We told them we heard them (again) and that we were finishing up, and left within 10 min after closing <the horror!>. I've worked in food service at many restaurants and bars and you don't push people out like that - especially with an attitude. Closing time is when you stop allowing customers in, not the time by which the place has to be totally empty! You don't start nagging your customers to leave before closing.More

Family arrived at 8:40 pm. Saturdat night. Told, "Too late, kitchen closes at 9 p.m." No luck convincing "manager". Real shame to act like this. Don't bother.

Large open building with plenty of seating. Courteous waiters and great Beer. The Snack Bar was closed due to lack of staff which was disappointing as we had planned to have lunch there

We had a few samples of their locally brewed beers and bought a few six packs for the holiday weekend. The staff were very helpful with their recommendations. We settled in on the large outside dining area to try some of their small plate specialties....There was a variety of unique items, but not the traditional pub burgers and such. Everything seems to be designed to go with the beer which makes a lot of sense. While we did not have beer with the meal, we did enjoy the food (and the beer much later!) The tour was not open due to covid, but I expect that will change as restrictions ease.More
