Food is basic and portions are reasonable. It looks like the alcoholic beverages are very popular here.

This was a disappointment, since the person who recommended it to me is Mexican. I thought the food was a little bland. I lived in SoCal for years and there was such great Mexican food in the area then. I was hoping I'd find that in the area, but so far I haven't found a great Mexican restaurant in Pittsburgh.... This little gem is a must do! Family Owned and operated, this place has been a staple in homestead for years now. My family and I visit a few times a month (at least!) The food is delicious and fresh, and The staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend eating here!

We got a combo that was all ground beef products. The meat was mild and most of the dishes were just stuffed with it and nothing much else. The refried beans were among some of the worst I can recall and the Mexican rice was blah. The chips, con queso and salsa were good. The server was pseudo nice...it was... More

Good Mexican food. It's more the Americanized Mexican food. The enchiladas were great. The small guacamole is very small, the salsa is really good

I never eat Mexican out due to bad experiences. Ran across this gem while working in the Waterfront. Greeted with a bowl of chips and salsa. Ordered lunch special #2 and a extra taco. Beef burrito with red sauce, tacos, and rice were excellent. Portions were generous and staff was very friendly. Will definitely eat here again.

I'm here visiting family who live nearby. We stopped into this restaurant late on a weekday evening and didn't know what to expect. It was a first time for all of us. It was truly an outstanding experience. Fresh and warm tortilla chips with delicious slightly spicy salsa. were delicious margaritas that sweet generous and potent! I ordered a basic... More

We had talked about visiting this place for a while and I'm really glad we finally did. Great food, service and drinks. Friendly staff. Large portions. When asked for a box we got also the chips and the salsa to go. Will definately go back!
