Was taking a trip down memory lane recently and spent a few days in Honesdale. Couldn't leave without stopping into the Town House diner which had been renamed to Scafellettos. My favorite thing about this diner is it has a train that runs around the ceiling! When we were in I asked when the train ran and was told every... More

8 people with our party enjoyed a tasty brunch before traveling opposite directions after a family wedding weekend. The food was excellent and the service was great. It was nice to be able to laugh and joke with our waitress Rachel. The owner even visited our table. The diner has a overhead toy train set built by the owner, traveling... More

We stopped here with friends for a quick bite before a train ride on the Stourbridge Line. The inside décor was old school diner with a train related theme including a G scale model train that traveled along the ceiling. That's a plus if you like trains!! The servers were pleasant and eager to please. We were seated promptly and... More

The staff handled a large group (family reunion breakfast) well, and the food was good all around. I loved the Philly Cheesesteak Omelet!

The surprise here was the pizza. I'm originally from NY and am spoiled on pizza made in a coal fired oven. I have to admit, the pizza here was very good. The crust, the tell take sign of great pizza, was quite good. My only issue is that my wife ordered the pizza and I did not. I only got... More

Great old school diner, wooden train runs overhead. Great coffee. Cool mugs. Tons of local items for breakfast including Taylor ham and eggs, grits and gravy. Good for diners of all ages.

OK place - old but clean. Model train rides on tracks attached to the ceiling. We got the stuffed pork - it was ok. Presentation is a little weak and serving size was not huge. My son got a stromboli - a good sized meal - and while it was good, it was nothing to write home about. Service was... More

We've only been here for lunch, but have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and the waitress who works the front with the dark hair is the BEST. I can never remember her name : ( Their french fries are amazing and the pizza is really good too! It's a small place, old fashioned with a train going around... More

Old fashion diner. It's clean , food is pretty good. Plenty of seating . Closes early like 8pm. It has a bigger breakfast crowd. I've eaten breakfast lunch and dinner here. Sandwichs are kind of small as most of the menu. Don't expect much but I would still eat here.

We just stopped in here for a crack of dawn breakfast before a long drive and it met all the expectations of a classic diner breakfast. Coffee was excellent. I got the classic sausage and over easy eggs, everything cooked to perfection. My Beautiful Wife got some sausage and gravy or chipped beef monstrosity and she was mightily pleased. Good,... More
