The food is incredible, the view is breathtaking and it is nice year round. A bit too much waiting but at least it was worth it.

During our week stay in Certaldo Alto we had two incredible dinners and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Certaldo. Our server was outstanding and truly made our experience complete.

We visited here as a recommendation. It had the added bonus of being so close to our hotel. The food was great. I had the ravioli and my wife had the gnocchi. Both were excellent. The waitress was very busy, but did an incredible job (they had a packed house during the slow season). We ate inside because it was... More

Located in the small but beautiful Tuscan hill town of Certaldo. The service was excellent, the tables set out with style, the house wine exceptional and the food delicious. We sat on the terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. What a great combination. Certaldo is one of the unspoilt hill towns of the region. Great location, terrific restaurant.

We ate here late in October. The menu was somewhat limited because they were winding down. We both ate some of the sausage pasta and had stomach problems the next day. Staff was friendly and food was good as we ate it. Would give them another chance.

Although we hadn't made reservations, the staff kindly and quickly accommodated our large group at a single table, and offered good service throughout the evening. While our large group may have made things a bit confusing for the staff, there was some confusion regarding who ordered what and in what order it was delivered. The food itself was very good,... It was raining as we took the funiculare up to Centrale Alto. We had made a reservation online the day before, asking to be seated on the patio, so we wondered what was in store for us. Their patio is well covered and the temperature was mild, so we were quite comfortable. Despite my doubts, we ordered the potato flan... More

Certaldo is one of he most beautiful places I've ever visited. This restaurant has a prime position and a wonderful view. What a pity, then, that their food is tasteless. We had a trio of vegetable flans which were watery and forgettable. The main course sounded promising - quail stuffed with local sausage. Not too bad, but the accompanying beams... More
