An amazing building named after Richard Oastler who was a philanthropist mill owner, the building appears to have been a religious building. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat there but there was the usual Wetherspoons menu. Drinks are very cheap

On a Tuesday evening visit a long time was spent waiting to be served at the bar, during this time heard a lot of people being told that some beers were not available and that soft drinks couldn't be served.

Nipped in here for lunch, you know what you're gonna get, cheap drink and food, quick service. Food was hot and ale was cold. Can't go wrong!

I've never had a problem with Wetherspoon's food before but OMG it was atrocious today. Today i had the misfortune to eat without doubt the worst tuna 'melt' panini i've ever had in my life. The filling was clap cold and the cheese wasn't even...More
