This was a surprise visit for my birthday. When I realised where we were going, I was a little concerned about whether the experience would live up to my expectations.. I needn't have worried. The service was fantastic; super-efficient without being stand-offish, friendly but not...More

We were looking forward to this meal but I don’t know if we were overly excited that’s why we left a bit disappointed? Food was ok. Service lacked so passion and staff didn’t seem as friendly? But as I always say try it for yourself...More

Amazing experience for all. Despite high price the detail on all courses was exquisite. I enjoyed every course for differing reasons. The storytellers do an amazing job. I opted for the wine pairing which in my view added to the experience.

There aren’t words. Food theatre. Lovely Dora helped us on our lovely journey. We had a fabulous evening. Nothing tastes as you expect. Great textures. I hope they change the menu at some point so I have a reason to revisit. The sweet shop is...More

Hi Fiona, as advised the loos are upstairs but it's hard to imagine that HB would have undertaken a reported £2M refit of the establishment and not included as accessible facility. They should have done I believe under... More

There is a generic email on the website they will answer. Very strange - we had a phone call and an email survey and we are in Australia. It if they've taken the money they have your booking.
