Hours on website differ than actual hours. Got there before time closed on website and they closed early but door open and employee looked at me funny when came in. Came back next day and noticed that employee handled money and then walked over to...raw dough and touched that. No washing hands or wearing gloves in between. When i asked about their sanitation practice, the younger employee seemed like she didnt understand and her response was to ask me did i want her to wash her hands. The other female employee mostly ignored me for 5 minutes before said someone would be with me later. I will not go back here again.More

Don't pass this one up. Get a stuffed pretzel with your choice of meats and extras. Like the lunch type with your choice of sausage, steak, cheese, peppers and onions or breakfast style with eggs meat and cheese. Mostly take out. Wonderful service. Reasonable prices.

I am not a lover of pretzels but my wife is. Since we were in Pennsylvania Dutch country, I decided to find a good pretzel bakery not too far from where we were staying, The Inn at Leola Village. Parking was a bit of a...challenge because the lots were all pretty packed. There was no waiting and we walked right to the counter to order. We had 2 regular pretzels and one garlic pretzel. The pretzels were coated in butter and sprinkled with salt. The garlic pretzel had garlic seasoning sprinkled on as well. The pretzels were warm and soft. They won me over. Definitely worth a return trip.More

Yummy, yummy, yummy. Don’t miss this place. Hand made in front of you. Delightful Amish girls. Please support their business. In 3 days, we bought 10 pretzels- some we froze to take home.

I just stopped in there for the first time. Sorry I had never gone before. These were nice and fresh and really soft, not like some soft pretzels which are actually hard. Look forward to going back next time I am in the area.

This is a wonderful little spot nestled along Old Philadelphia Pike in the middle of Intercourse's commerce area. The pretzels are fresh and delicious. You can watch them being hand made. They roll them out and twist them with ease. The smell of pretzels baking...is intoxicating and the service is stellar. Then as you make it out the door and grab a seat the taste is better than you anticipated. We frequent Lancaster and rarely miss stopping in.More

Take this advice from the biggest soft pretzel fan. These were the BEST. My boyfriend and I got pretzels everywhere that offered them in Lancaster County (We went to Intercourse, Lancaster, and Lititz) and these were the best. They were making them fresh right in...front of us :) amazing lemonaide too!More

They aren't there teaching you how to make pretzels or anything, but you can see every step of them making them.
