Chain pub, food ok, service good but food order took 45mins which seemed lengthy Attached play area is a bonus and seems well supervised My niece's birthday party there went well!

The food was not cooked to a high standard we had the mixed combo starter and the chicken skewers looked more like, dare I say road kill the food is over priced and of very poor quality. marked out of ten three and that's being kind.

After driving through the night to get to Hayle, Cornwall, the wife and I were very tired and very hungry. We arrived at the Brewers Fayre at 06:20 and sat in the car for 10 minutes until it opened for the day, only to be told that the electricity was out! Aaaarrrgghh! No matter though, the cereals and continental breakfast... More

The manager was brilliant, very friendly made to feel very welcome and was great with our kids. Our kids loved the play area, and I loved that they had cameras in there and TVs around the restaurant so you could keep an eye on them. They loved it so much we actually came 4 nights in a row! Most of... More

The meals: half of our party were not at all happy with their meals. It seemed that the meals were either microwaved or cooked beforehand and heated up. It wasn't good quality at all. Pricing: over-priced for reheated birds eye food. The service: one of the starters came after everyone had finished their meals, and only because my friend complained... More

Staying at Premier Inn next door with breakfast here which was excellent. Evening meals require booking as it is extremely busy with tourists and locals.

Visited this establishment last weekend with 4 friends for lunch. When ordering our food the bar staff did not tell us how long the wait would be, but one of my friends over heard a waitress tell the table next to us (who had been waiting already 45 mins) that there was only 1 chef working so the standard waiting... My Husband and I came here as we were stopping next door at The Premier Inn. We were advised to book as it was a curry night!! Glad we did. We were shown to a table, and told there was a 25 minute wait on food, but could have the curry buffet immediately. We didn't fancy curry so opted for... More
