What a great little place, just by the beach! We walked from Par to Polkerris hrough the coastal path and stop there for some lunch. The lobster was outstanding. Staff was lovely too.

I went with my family and we ordered a collection of starters and we couldn't pick a favourite meal! They were all so delicious!! With it being right on the beach it's great even for children and the view is incredible! Everything is cooked from scratch to order and if your a foodie this should be too if your list!!!!

We only had a pot of tea, so I have no opinion on food etc. But tea was a good, hot brew and a nice place to have a beverage.

Brilliant lunch up to Sam's old standard with plenty of lobsters and wine. Kids happy to play on the beach between courses whilst adults chatted. Pizza also great from wood oven. Perfect way to end a walk from Fowey over Gribbin Head! They will call you a taxi back to Fowey if needed.

Great location and fantastic food they went out of their way to help our very fussy youngest child. The parking was tricky but to be expected at that time of year. We look forward to returning again very soon.

Great setting, great staff and enjoyable food. Not rushed but during summer book early to avoid disappointment. Only one toilet which can cause a problem.

What a wonderful place to eat drink and relax in such a scenic setting . The sea food and especially the mussels were excellent and the staff very obliging and friendly . I will visit next time in summer to sit outside and admire the views and daydream .

We love Sam's in Fowey and eat there at least once a week but always go to Sam's on the beach for something a little more family focused. More space bigger tables and the menu is always great! Pizza choices are excellent and let's not forget the view!! Wow!!

I've been to cornwall countless time's growing up. On the 26th November me and the girlfriend decided to try Sams on the beach and were not disappointed... Undoubtedly the best food I have ever had in Cornwall. The service was brilliant, all the waitresses are very friendly and laid back. No worries about having to dress up in a shirt... More

25 years of Sams in Fowey has now enabled us to bring all our experience, fun, ambience, staff and fantastic locally sourced produce to create something truly unique in the old Fowey Lifeboat House here on the waters edge overlooking the bay.3 Ingredients that a successful restaurant needs are "Good Staff, Good Food, Good Ambience" and Sams on the Beach has all 3 in abundance!Enjoy! And the views not that bad too!Sam Sixton
