Give a miss if after a cosy Cornish inn. Part sports bar, part chain pub. Generous portions if you are hungry. Lads out to watch the footy on both sides of the bar.

We had a golden wedding celebration and we had Excellent food, top drawer service, nothing too much trouble. We have also eaten there by ourselves and had no complaints.

The food and atmosphere was cozy. My son and I each had burgers, both other adults had gammon and eggs. We had the scallop starter (on the special's menu) - it was lush!

Called in for Sunday lunch. I had the steak which was very tender, good chips and oniin rings, salad a bit lacking. My wife had the small carvery plate, all food cooked well and plenty of it. If I had the carvery the small plate would have done me.
