What an amazing spot for a golf course. The day I played I had the place to myself. $20 to hire clubs $20 to play 9 or 18 holes you place your money in an honesty box. Challenging course as undulating rolling hills but a must do whilst on the Islznd. The greens were beautiful to putt on. Many of... More

We dined here one of the nights we were here on LHI. The sunset was just amazing and the food was very good. Its a club so I wouldn't call it fine dining, but it was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly. It was a very enjoyable evening, they also had the mens Australian open tennis final on!... The food here is excellent. Loved the duck curry . The wine is also reasonably priced and the views are some of the best on the island . A table outside is best to enjoy the sunset. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and great value fresh food. The fish fry is also fabulous. Make a booking though as they have limited seating.

We went for the fish fry at sunset. View special and the fried Kingfish for $20 was great. Dropped off by Leanda Lea and taken home by golf course. Wonderful views over golf course and the sea to a wonderful sunset. Also had a round of golf on their beautiful course.

Dining at the Golf Club means you get probably the best view of the setting sun over the Golf Course and then into the ocean, what a view. The food here is plain however it is nicely cooked and presented and you do have a range of salads to choose from as you wish. Nothing fancy, just good wholesome food.... More

We went there for the Fish Fry on Tuesday Night. At $20 per head for 3 pieces of fresh fried kingfish, chips and salad, was excellent value. Drinks at reasonable bar prices. Good service. The next time was a la carte menu - also good food and value.

We went to the Golf club on the last friday night of our week long stay and are very glad that we did. It is VERy popular with the locals, so make sure you book. I was keen to have the fresh local Kingfish but they ran out of that by the time I went to place our order, so... More

This is a nice course for an island destination and worth a hit. $30 for adults including clubs and buggy. It is 9 holes with some lovely outlooks from most over the lagoon. When open for dinner the food is not bad either and worth a try.

The food was tasty and there was plenty of accompanying salad at the buffet but the sunset view over the golf course is the real attraction. We were quite cold on the verandah in September so I would recommend warmer clothes- even though the plastic verandah covers are pulled down-it was very draughty and unfortunately we were too cold and... We went here three times as excellent value for money. The fish and chips is excellent. Saturday salad bar is worthwhile but give the squid a miss as not fresh. Barramundi was good too.
