The one redeeming feature of this restaurant was the coffee, but the scones were still raw and grainy and frankly inedible. Worse still when we went to pay the bill we mentioned the problem and the only reply was, I'll let chef know, no discount, no offer of replacement. Poor unprofessional service! Avoid

My partner and I dine here often (was the venue for our first date 7 years ago). We have always experienced great food and excellent service. Surprise to see negative feedback here! Dog friendly! Not cheap but happy to pay for such high quality food.

We received our entree with our main. The oysters were expensive but really small just over sauced. The light meal was nice n But more like entree size. We had slow cooked ribs and they were extremely chewy. $138 later - very disappointed because we don't often lash out.

The meal was beautiful and although 2 of us only had the entree size it was very large. Friendly service and a peacful relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely visit again

We went there during busy Easter holiday and when we ordered, the waitress told us it will take around 30mins to be served. It was fine as we were a big group and thought we can just chat. We also ordered coffees ard teas which were served only 30mins later. After waiting 1 hour, we asked waitress whats going on... More

Having visited here for lunch because of the lack of people eating there, i was interested to check it out on Trip advisor and I was surprised by the mediocre reviews. However we enjoyed good service, my oysters were good and my dish of prawns was certainly big and good. The salad was delicious and it was every bit as good... More

Went in for breakfast, the place was fairly empty. We asked about special dietary requirements and got a fair bit of attitude off the boss. The wait staff were apologetic and did their best to meet our needs. The breakfast was average, as was the coffee. I was going to go back the next day but the lukewarm experience put... More

Sorry guys but the food & coffee had no flavor, I could have done a better job with the big breakfast at home. Plain toast, seriously?.

I have been to Aqua Blue several times and it used to be fabulous. Now I would not recommend at all. Disappointing that a restaurant on the Marina at Port Stephens has run out of most of it's seafood. Mind you, there were hardly any other diners beside our party of 10. The 1/2 dozen oysters they had left were... More

I visited this venue for lunch with my partner and 8 month old son. We chose this location as it was shaded and the other cafe was full, which should have been a dead giveaway. The menu is quite expensive which I don't mind paying if the food is good. We ordered calamari to share, prawn hotpot, mussel marinara and... More
