It is lovely after a walk to go to a panoramic view restaurant. Food is good, lots of different hot chocolades. Service friendly. It is busy.

We had three visits. Two were as a result of being cold and wet and wanted to have a hot chocolate. Great views. Prices are expensive.

It's probably hard running a restaurant in such a spot, but is it that hard to have some gf bread in the freezer? We were there for breakfast before heading off on a walk. We both had egg based meals. The eggs were poached well, but with no gf bread and frozen hash brown patties, my breakfast was only ok.... More

Thanks to it's monopoly position the restaurant's prices are pretty steep. The quality of the food is variable. The chips we ordered appeared to be of the frozen variety, certainly not worth the 7.90 AUD, but the burger for 27 aud was passable - though not worth the money. I understand that the cafe has shorter operating hours determined by... More

Visited for lunch and was disappointed with the food and hot chocolates. Low quality ingredients and a luke warm drink. Staff were very friendly and the view is worth the trip. Perhaps stick to the beer.

There were more flies in this restaurant than I have ever seen in a place serving food. The hot chips were chewy and stale. The bread served with the soup was very very hard. Tables and chairs were cramped in together. Food was very expensive. Nevertheless, it has the most spectacular views that you could wish for, and the novelty... More

We had a beers and a great hot lunch here which was perfect after a pretty windy walk in the morning. The friendly service was great and the quality of the food was excellent.

We stopped here twice in December, straight off the chairlift or following a hike. This pace is made special by the staff, who are really amazing - they take the time to know you and to really care about your experience. Excellent coffee and very cold beer...

It wasn't horrible but the view was amazing which made up for a lot. We only had entrees, my quinoa soup tasted out of a packet, partners brie and salmon on toast was ordinary, nothing special. Daughter had garlic prawns which didn't look great but was told it was nice. In their defence some of the mains that went past... More
