Went to Caleb's for a celebration dinner. We had a private room. The service and food were excellent. My main dish was the crab cakes. The dessert was a flourless chocolate cake. It was so good I ate mine and my wife's.

We were introduced to this restaurant by friends that we were staying with recently in PA. I'm always a bit conflicted by a set menu, never sure that I'm going to be hungry or stuck for a good choice. However, the food on offer at...More

We had friends visiting from Scotland and wanted some place for lunch on a Monday. Caleb's fit the bill perfectly. Great food, service (shoutout to Heather), and atmosphere. Clean and comfortable and cozy. It doesn't get much better than this.

A favorite of ours when we get together with friends. The owner is a gracious host who makes it a point to greet his customers as if they were regular diners - even if it's their first time. The menu is varied and appropriate for...More

Crab cakes, pumpkin soup, crab tacos, salmon; all delicious and fresh. Not our first visit and will definitely return. We appreciated the 'no rush' atmosphere. We were able to visit with our friends and enjoy our wine. The grapefruit after-dinner drink a refreshing surprise!

Pork chop was exceptional as was the beet salad. Tuna poke was ok. Cheese plate had a couple of rather mundane cheeses. Crab cakes were disappointing, rather than having lump crab meat it was more like shredded crab. Service was very good. I'm going back...More

Caleb's has a diverse menu and you are sure to find something that fits your taste. I have been here a number of times and the food is consistent, well cooked and flavorful. Potions can be a little small for me but then I tend...More

I love the setting, the service and the food. I have only had breakfast but each time it is a home run. The Eggs Benedict are amazing and the frittata and quiche are worth a try. Going back again very soon.

We made reservations for 10:00 because the crowds start very early and took our grandson with us. It is a popular place with a nice menu and very well located because it fits well in a walk at Peddler's Village. We enjoyed the experience, but...More

This place came highly recommended so we thought we would give it a try. Firstly, make a reservation as we didn’t and couldn’t get a table for over an hour. It’s also a BYOB so plan ahead. The menu is sparse but eclectic. I had...More

Description
Caleb's American Kitchen is a BYO New American restaurant helmed by Chef Caleb Lentchner, former executive chef and general manager of New Hope's Marsha Brown.Caleb's American Kitchen menus are inspired by all things American including steaks, burgers, lobster, shellfish, Creole, California and of course, local and regional farmers from PA and NJ. Offering the finest in New American Cooking, patrons visit us several times a week enjoying poached eggs and fresh salsa over a bed of sautéed spinach, a grilled salmon club with bacon on a buttery brioche bun or the luscious seared scallops with shrimp and lobster risotto. Whatever your taste buds are craving, we have something at every meal to satisfy your palate. Adjacent to Peddler’s Village in Bucks County, PA, this bistro styled eatery is located where Routes 202 and 263 meet.
