My wife and I had never tried the new location of Gibraltar as it "was on the other side of town" and a longer drive than downtown Lancaster. What a mistake! We had dinner at Gibraltar last Sat. night and it was great. From the time we walked into the restaurant (we did have a reservation) and was met by... More

I love this place. My husband and I come here whenever we can. I always get the filet and it's always cooked perfectly. I love the sauce that comes with the filet and the mashed potatoes. The environment is great - it's very romantic. We will be back!

We ate here for our anniversary. It was perfect. They greeted us immediately and congratulated us. The restaurant wasn't packed (given it was a weeknight early in the week), but it was moderately full and yet we felt like the only ones there because of the attentive service and attention to detail. Food was delicious. Loved the atmosphere (much improved... More

Loved the old location. This location is different, and different can be good. Hopefully, down the road, it is good. Service is a bit slow, and they sometimes run out of food specials and even regular menu items. A top notch place when their A Game is there.

I went to this restaurant last night and everything was so incredible. The server (Graham) was prompt and professional and the food was some of the best food I've had in Lancaster County. The homemade pasta (Lobster fettuccini and sucm confit cavatelli) was so fresh and the the flavors were intense but balanced. We also got the ricotta cheesecake and... More

Everything about this place is wonderful! The food, the service, the atmosphere is all great! Convenient location and easy to find. The bar looks inviting for another visit, it's well lit which is unusual. Great for older eyes to read! There is a quiet room without music for business meetings.

Used to visit the old location quite often and truly enjoyed the food. This visit did not disappoint. My friend and I had oysters for an appetizer. I had the Tuna Tataki and she had the Lobster Fettuccine. Both were excellent. The new location has more convenient parking and is very nice. Differences I noticed: the size of the portions... More

We regularly dined at Gibraltar's previously location directly across from F&M College and always enjoyed the experience. The ambiance, service and food quality always made for a great time whether celebrating a special event, grabbing a cocktail or just a nice lunch. Since the old location closed and the new location is much less convenient we had not tried it... More

My wife and I had been fans of Gibraltar in its previous location across from F&M, so we were anxious to try it after it reopened at a new location. We met another couple there when it opened on a Saturday afternoon at 5 pm. Among our group, we had the crab cakes, lobster fettucini, swordfish and seafood chowder. Everyone... More

After being closed for 2 years this restaurant has reopened and moved to a new location. Decor is modern with dark colors. Staff attentive. Food choices are Mediterranean. Caesar salad was tasty but a bit heavy on the dressing, you may be happier to have dressing on the side. We had Cioppino and Colossal Shrimp entrees. In both case it... More
