We were in the area touring the Lancaster train museums and the outlets. With no definite plan for dinner, we were delighted to find Lancaster Brewing in the area. We have been to the one near Harrisburg before which looks very different. One small nudge-...More

My husband and I were touring through Lancaster County and came across this restaurant. My husband loved the beer samples! I really enjoyed the French onion soup because it was delicious and hot on a damp rainy day.

We were traveling to Virginia and decided to make a stop outside Harrisburg for the night. So glad we did! The hotel recommended Lancaster Brewing, and we are so happy they did. I had the chicken schnitzel. It was tender, well-breaded and delicious with the...More

This was our first visit to Lancaster. We decided to try the brewery. It's located in an older building but very nice. They told us 1/2 hour wait at first. Then offered us seating in the bar if we were fine with it. The beer...More

So I think the other people visiting the brewery actually ruined the experience but the Hop Hog was great and the food was decent. Unfortunately there were so many children it was worse than going to Applebee’s.

Good food. Good beer. Family friendly. Pulled pork is good. You won’t leave here hungry. They also sell beer to go.

I've eaten here several times over the years and have enjoyed the food and service each time. I usually go at lunch or later in the afternoon (the bar, while somewhat separated, can become noisy) Had pastrami egg rolls and fish tacos; well prepared and...More

I usually do not call ahead, just show up & they have always accommodated. Depending on the day of the week &'time, they do get busy. I guess it would not hurt to call ahead. Enjoy!!

Description
We cook like we brew...craftsmanship and quality in every detail. From our housemade sausage and cured meats, to locally made cheeses, fresh dough, on-site garden, hand-cut fries and signature burger grind, there's no substitute for fresh, natural ingredients. Fortunate to be located in the heart of Lancaster County, among some of the richest farmland in the world, we're committed to fresh, local and sustainably grown products. Our menu changes often to take advantage of the seasons, and to utilize the fresh produce, dairy, poultry, cheeses and meats produced on the 5,300+ independent, family farms in Lancaster County. Our obsession for brewing great beer is matched by our passion for great, natural food, so we source our produce and meats from local Lancaster County farmers and prepare virtually everything on our menus from scratch. We smoke our pork, grind our sausage and hand-cut our fries. Check Out Our Updated Menu Here as We change it Several Times throughout the year
