This place has great home cooked food, not like a typical chain diner or restaurant. We have stopped here for both breakfast and lunch while traveling from the turnpike to the Pocono's. If you are a John Deer enthusiast this is a must stop just to see all the memorabilia. Most importantly this is where all the locals eat.

My family stumbled upon this diner during a recent trip to the poconos..It is a clean, quaint little diner with true, breathtaking country views just across the road. The server brought crayons and paper for our little one, and her kids meal even came in a colorful bag with a toy. We were so pleasantly surprised with the great food,... More

We stopped in here on our way home from Hickory Run State Park and you are greeted warmly by the very sweet ladies who run the diner. This is a cheap and cheerful place where you choose from a simple range of sandwiches and burgers, but make sure you leave space for the blueberry pie and ice cream. Just take... More

My wife and I frequently stop here to have breakfast or lunch as it is close to out home on Rte 903. We refer to it as the "Tractor Diner" due to all the John Deere memorabilia there. Great breakfasts and lunch and the prices are really insane! All of our friends want to go to "The Tractor Diner" when... More

My husband and I often eat breakfast at Country View. Their grilled sticky buns are yummy. The farmer's breakfast is huge. The prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly.

We usually come here for breakfast. Tried dinner for the first time. The poor mans lobster was really good! Reasonably priced as well.

Anytime I'm between Kresgeville and Palmerton and looking for food Country View Diner is almost always where I'll head. Food is good, above average is say, and service is usually great. The best part is the prices! Back when I'd swing by for lunch with a co worker it would be rare for us to break $17-$20 with tip and... More
