Four of us attended the Alois Mystery Dinner Theatre on a Saturday evening. The price included a small amount of mediocre food and the presence of a few Victorian 'characters' acting out the premise of a murder mystery. We were told to arrive between 5:30...More

A group of us attended the Murder Mystery last night. The first and last time I will do that. The old hotel is interesting but the rooms were cramped and stuffy on a warm day. The actors were pretty competent but I thought the mystery...More

The only time I was in the Alois was when my boyfriend, Mike, was bartending and I certainly enjoyed it then.

Good place for a burher or cheese steak. I tried the bufalo chicken blue cheese steak and it was spicy and amazing. Excellent selection of local brews on tap as well as many others.

This restaurant offers the unique opportunity to eat in an the catacombs below an old brewery. The host took us on a short tour before seating us and it was really interesting. The food was very good, as well. Highly recommended.
