Our first time we had to wait over 30 minutes despite having a reservation. Since there is no place to wait inside, standing outside was a bit cold. Friends raved over the food; the food and service was fine the first time. The friends loved...their meal; we were 'okay' without any 'wow' moments. Several weeks later, other friends who love the place made a reservation. Again, we had to stand outside for close to 30 minutes waiting for tables to clear. The tables are indeed close. The service is on par. As for food, the appetizers are tasty but served family-style. The pork chop was excellent. The lobster ravioli was so-so for flavor. Cucina's salads were great. The restaurant is still finding its bearings with seating times. One server said that they are adjusting their reservation time. People eating at the 3-4 seat counter like that area; the noise level is less and they said having a conversation was much easier than in the two dining areas. They were right.More

Our food was to die for!! Seared scallops over fresh pasta was fabulous. Service and ambiance was perfect. Will return whenever in New Hope. Reservations are needed as it is always full which shows how good they are. Highly recommend. Loved the new location. BYOB...was a bonus too.More

We went back to Cucina after they moved, and were so happy the quality of food and atmosphere continues to be amazing. The food was fresh and wonderful. The new restaurant is a bit larger, but is still an intimate and lovely setting. And the...staff - what can I say. Wonderful people! We will be back.More

Had high expectations , but didn’t turn out. New place was very nice except so loud you couldn’t hear. Also tables very close together, no social distancing at all. Food was average at best. Had the squash soup which was best part of the meal....The shrimp on fire app was not good at all. Shrimp tasted boiled well beyond done then added to the sauce. Entrees were average , desert was not homemade. Really thought this would be better. Might try again , maybe they had an off night ?More

The food was good but nothing special. This is not the best Italian food ever like some reviewers stated. The lobster ravioli was NOT home made. These are the same you can buy at Wegmans. They are 2-tone color, my wife bought the same ones...before. The fiery shrimp were over cooked and very hard. Were not boiled in the sauce, pre-boiled then tossed in the sauce. Ran out of the rigatoni bolognese, at 7pm, really, that is unheard of. Had the porkchop, it was very good. Dessert was not homemade either, lemon cake that came from Sysco. Had the same one before at another restaurant. Waitress was good but was rushed asked if we wanted dessert but had to stop her to ask for coffee. New place was loud, very loud. Good food, but average, not what I expected.More

We come here once a year from the Jersey Shore. We ALWAYS get the pork chop. It is one of the best dishes we have ever eaten. Another staple of our visits is the burrata salad. It is solid and big. For our last dish,...we try something new. The sausage with rigatoni and vodka sauce is really good. Sometimes they have this ravioli purses.. they are better than the rigatoni! The gnocchi with mushroom sauce was good, but not great. Service is always nice. The chef comes out to the dine room to chat it seems like every night. Last thing is get a reservation 2 months in advance.More

Everything perfect, from the Burrata salad to the shrimp appetizer, on to the best pork chop my wife ever had. My chicken milanese was prepared perfectly and accompanied by a delicious side of arugula salad and polenta. Dessert topped off a superb meal. Have been...here several times but it just keeps getting better.More

4 of us recently had a wonderful meal at Italian Cucina. We got some family-style appetizers that were wonderful (and huge). When it came time to order our entree's, my wife declined, as she was over-filled from the appetizers. She told the waitress she would...just pick from my plate. In a few moments the owner came over and asked what entree she was originally going to get. When my wife told her the owner said she was going to make her a mini version of that entree. How accommodating that was !!! The restaurant is VERY small, so you need reservations. But the personal touches, the friendly owner and the fantastic food makes it a place we will not forget !More

This restaurant was recommended by the town Mayor. We were very impressed. Colleen , the owner made our experience memorable. The food was outstanding and unique. It is BYOB, but they take care of uncorked and pouring. It is very small, but intimate and cozy....The chef was an expert in preparation using unique old school appliances. Highly recommend!!!More
