Food leaves much to be desired. Poor customer service. The host Olivia had a terrible attitude and argued with me for over an hour about my incorrect order. Terrible!!!

Nicky's is our favorite Thai in Pittsburgh. Favorite is Gaprow lad Kai, never seen it anywhere else. The downtown location is just as good but larger.

The atmosphere is nice compared to most Thai places. Food was on par with most Thai food I've experienced. Great place to take a date during the warmer months as the outside area is nice.
The standard Pad Thia is delicious. Never had a bad meal of any kind here. In the summer there is an outdoor area which is nice. The dining area isn't large and its usually pretty busy and for good reason!
