We walked into the market right at closing. He made us several rolls and joked around with us all while making sushi at incredible speed. It was delicious as well. we liked it so much we went back for more the next day. Just awesome!!

Andy is always really fun to watch and talk to. His sushi is good. Very good. And you know it's all fresh, right there in Wholey's. Sometimes the line can be long, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. But enjoy the show with the other customers. He's a hoot.

Located inside Wholey's, the sushi and sashimi are excellent. Andy has been dishing this out for over a decade and be ready to stand in line on a weekend! The Ikura pops in your mouth. Spider roll is a favorite.

Andy is the face of sushi, the artful entertainer right inside the entrance of Wholey's. My son and I love sushi, but he really enjoys watching Andy and his remarkable knife skills, personality and showmanship create his masterpieces. A trip to the Strip district isn't quite complete until you at least watch him for a few moments..then of course you'll... More

Coming back to America after spending a few years in Japan was great, except for one thing. No one makes sushi right. The rice here is bland or the fish is stale or the nori is soggy or some other thing. I had given up on having great, fresh sushi (without spending a ton of money) until I found out... More

Only place I have ever been to where you can see your fish swimming in a big tank, order them, they are caught, weighed, and fileted and wrapped before your eyes. Great selection of fresh and frozen seafood, as well as meats and poultry. Not the greatest produce, but that's okay as there are plenty of other places in the... More

You have to be kidding me. anything in Wholeys is infested..Just goes to show you that kids living in Pittsburgh have no idea what good sushi is.
