A few friends and I took the drive up with sole purpose of dining at Good N Plenty - it was worth every mile. And what an experience. The community tables and family-style dining is super unique and lots of fun. It's amazing how people...More

It's difficult to put into words exactly how much I enjoyed this slice of small town America. I usually don't like country food, but this was truly an exception. You can eat by yourself and from the menu or you could eat with a group...More

This is a MUST DO. You are warmly greeted when you arrive. When you are seated, you are introduced as "and we'd like to welcome friends from Ontario" (or something like that). You are seated at long tables with other guests. Great way to meet...More

Food was poor quality. It was mass produced, "can tasting"and tasteless. The lack of taste is difficult to achieve with meatloaf, fried chicken and pork with sauerkraut. Don't order the honey mustard dressing. It is French's yellow with honey mixed in. If this is Amish...More

I came here as a large tour group and loved it. Chicken was delicious, veggies cooked to perfection, not a lump in the potato. The gravy tastes good and the home made lemonade was to die for! The homemade bread and butter was also delicious!...More

I literally made my meal off of corn and ice cream. Even the lemonade, tea and WATER was absolutely horrible. I would decline a bus trip if this was the stop for the meal. A great restaurant for someone on a diet, you won't miss...More

Family style all you can eat is our favorite at this must stop in Lancaster area but this time ordered off menu with Fried chicken and corn nuggets (dipping in maple syrup). Tasty! Only downside is no alcoholic beverages.

Good 'N' Plenty was one of the few Amish-style -- and non-chain restaurants open at 7:00 on a Saturday night. They offer both family style all-you-can-eat dinners (where they apparently seat you with strangers) and menu dining. I opted for the menu dining. This place...More

This was not just an "Eating experience"...it was a global, social experience!! Guests from London, Columbia, South America, NJ and then to our surprise, a couple from near our hometown ( during our growing up years) who even knew people we knew!!!! The food was...More

It has it perks. The food is okay. But very commercial and has an Amish touch. It's a must try and give it a chance. I have other favorites. Instead.

Just got back from visiting Lancaster and had several meals at Good N' Plenty. Don't recall seeing an allergy specific menu but I'm sure they would answer any questions if you call. The mainstays on the menu (read: the... More
