Very good locally sourced food. Reasonably priced. Nice indoor or outdoor seating. Appetzers, burgers, sandwiches and full entrees.

We had a great family dinner here during our recent trip to State College. Something for all of us. My wife loved the beer flight options. The BBQ chicken was incredible. Wait staff was well versed in the menu and beer options

Couldn't wait to try Otto's...maybe we should have waited. Very loud, terrible specialty drink, mediocre food, and long wait for it to arrive. Kids loved their pizzas despite being burned, my sandwich was awful, and husbands pasta special definitely wasn't special. Thanks anyway, Otto's.
