Kids had Sunday morning swim practice at the Y. Beautiful day so walked down Main Street. Nice brunch menu. Lox was fresh and bagel was delicious. Fresh fruit with plate was truly fresh not fruit out of a Sysco jar. Definitely will visit again.

Stopped here on a Sunday morning for a breakfast. Had the Chesapeake eggs Benedict, which was cooked nicely and served with a side of potatoes. My partner had blueberry pancakes which were done well and blueberry seemed very fresh. The place seems like it can get crowded very quickly especially on a weekend morning so be prepared to wait. Since Covid, they don’t have many seats available inside. Overall great breakfast, fast n friendly service. Would recommend.

Small cozy eatery, delicious food and friendly service.. Our server Nicole was super friendly. My husband and I are strictly vegetarian amd Nicole made sure to guide us through her menu for vegetarian options and very sensitive to our need of serving our food the way we wanted it. Especially when I told her that we were visiting from AZ, she made sure that we felt at home. I strongly recommend this place to locals and visitors.

Really not happy. I really liked this place. Second time ordering to, awful. Flavorless uncooked potato’s. Soggy English muffin on Benedict. I then got the breakfast tostados today - awful black beans and a dollop of sour cream over over cooked dry eggs and cheese that tasted like rubber. No flavor or flair. I really thought this place was awesome. Step it up the community needs a good place and you’re only decent spot for lunch/Break.

Thanks for supporting us so much in the past, sorry it took a poor experience for you take the time to write a review. We restaurants are struggling, along with the rest of the country, through a difficult time with the pandemic and these type of reviews only prevent others from giving us a try. We are sorry we let you down and hope you give us another shot in the future!

It’s just so good! We stopped by as tourists for our final brunch and they did not disappoint. Friendly, attentive service, excellent food and a great menu with options for everyone. My eggs were divine but they might be the only restaurant ever to perfect my bacon request (well done but still flavorful). I dream of returning.

Stopped in for breakfast. Had Avacado toast and Chicken Frittata. Food was prepared very well, served in a timely fashion. The server was very accommodating to gluten free requests. A must stop in Stroudsburg

Although it's called The Cure Cafe, this restaurant might as well have been called "The Care Cafe." The atmosphere created by the women who work here is warm, inviting and homey. As soon as we entered, we were acknowledged and told where to sit or how long the wait would be. The staff is very attentive and friendly. My family of 4 (2 parents, 2 small children) ate here for breakfast for 3 consecutive days and were remembered by the staff each time. We had pancakes, bacon, huevos rancheros, yogurt, granola. They even had 2 different coffee roasts (I like a good selection). Everything was delicious and made with care, and always exactly how we ordered it. They were kind to my children, and that always means so much to me. My kids had fun there because of the relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for the great dining experiences, Cure Cafe!

Party of six went late Sunday morning and the manager Katie went all out seat us. Our party has gluten allergies and she was very attentive. Food came out quick and our server Gina was excellent. Food was extremely good. Large parking lot next to cafe, easy in and out

Fun for brunch dates. A variety of breakfast dishes are available with an original twist as well as vegan choices. Service was prompt and friendly. I checked out the lunch menu and and look forward to that as a new experience!

Perfection. I tried to eat here on my brief summer vacation, but the line was too long. Today, I drove 1/2 hour from my Airbnb specifically to try again, and The Cure surpassed my expectations. I was hoping for a perfect cup of coffee and avocado toast and got that, with perfect poached eggs and just the multigrain toast I was longing for. Gina and Nicole run the cafe as if they own it, tag-teaming to make the cafe run like clockwork. I can’t wait to return.

I happened upon The Cure Cafe while wandering in Stroudsburg recently. I sat outside, and with the server's helpful suggestions, I chose the house-recipe pancakes with maple syrup, pecans, and fresh strawberries. Fantastic - fresh and full of flavor. I also enjoyed learning a bit about the area from the helpful, friendly server. A great local spot!

Stroudsburg cosy breakfast nook. Dont trust anyone who didn't give this fine establishment a 5 of 5. Everything was perfect, from the sour dough toast to the local sausage, i paired eith two eggs over Medium cooked to a perfect medium. Heavenly large chunks of crisp edged grilled potatoes were a great thing too. Thats the " farmer's breakfast". The service and kitchen were fast and sweet despite the tiny place bursting at the seams with happy locals eating a leisurely breakfast at 8:30 am. I perused the lunch menu and decided this is the ultimate stroudsburg go-to reasonable salads/ hot sandwiches , catering to the down town workers and retired who love fresh in town. I will be back for lunch another day. Im stuffed on this eye catching carefully prepared breakfast parking can be a challenge. if your up to it drop the older folks off out front and walk from a distance but thats all of stroudsburg paired with Monroe counties attentive parking ticket department. Dont let this spoil your day. I love walking. i actually parked over the creek side bridge near the old pocano record newspaper building - ( not requiring parking fees) in the old section of town SE of 80. I love looking at the historic Victorian houses in this section and exploring. The McMicheals creek drops attractively over horseshoe falls near the bridge here and there is a mini- park with a book exchange in that park down short stairs. Since I ATE MY WHOLE delcious fare. Im looking forward to the stroll back.

Went to this restaurant during a trip from Chicago to Providence with my daughter and her family. We ate at a number of places along the way, but this place still sticks in my memory. Some of the best pancakes I have ever had. And my daughter is gluten-free, and had some pancakes that were almost indistinguishable from the regular ones and by far the best gluten-free pancakes either my daughter or I have ever had. The omelets, the pancakes, the huevos rancheros - all excellent. The service was warm and friendly and easily took any modifications to the menu we asked for. I would take a trip to Stroudsburg just to go to this restaurant again!

I spent the first week of February 2022 in E. Stroudsburg, Pa. I tried a variety of area eateries from Monday through Wednesday, None of which were especially noteworthy. I did not return to any of them for a second meal.. I finally came upon The Cure Cafe on Thursday. What a breath of culinary fresh air! Had I made this discovery earlier in the week, The food is definitely 5 star as is the wait-staff. And if you're a coffee drinker, you will not find a better dark roast blend anywhere in the area - even a very wide area. Special thanks to Nicole (one of the servers) and to the chef who really knows what he's doing. The next time I'm in town, I won't eat breakfast or lunch anywhere else.

I was in the area and looking for an espresso. Came to the store right around 2:00, the closing time and was served a delicious espresso. The store was full of people finishing their meals and the menu looked great, I decided to come back the next morning unfortunately they are closed on Tuesdays. If I am in the area next time I will definitely stop by.
