When we don't feel like going out on a Friday night, we will often order Chinese take out here. Very good take out and priced are reasonable. You will be guaranteed to have plenty left over for another meal.
We were staying at Great Wolf Lodge and they gave us the menu for china III. The food was delivered very quickly and it was hot and very good. We have ordered from them before and will again when we return to the area
And I could not believe how rapidly my order arrived, it was like 15 minutes. It was more than I could eat, First time ever. China lll exceeded my expectations in every way possible. If I am ever in the neighborhood again I will certainly...order from them.More
My order consisted of Egg Rolls (Terrible - we believe they were from the day prior), Egg Foo Young (Terrible - to soft in texture), Ribs on Bone (OK), Boneless Ribs (OK), Fried Dumplings (OK), Beef LoMein (Order 2 Qts, 1 of which had two...or 3 pieces of Beef - NOT COOL), Chicken Wings (Terrible - Overcooked and dried out). Our GO TO PLACE had always been Pocono 1 and we decided to try China III because of the reviews we read even though it was more expensive. I don't know, maybe they had a bad day, BUT, for $70.00 of my money... I WILL NOT GO BACK for a 2nd try.More
We have had takeout from here many times and it has been good. The other evening we decided to eat in the restaurant. We took my 94 year old mother with us and thought it would be easier to eat in. Put in the order...at the counter. Then told them we would be eating in. The response was that they would give it to us in the bag like takeout and we could handle it from that point.
When I returned to the table the temperature was 60 degrees. Went back to the counter to ask if someone could turn up the heat up for a little while. They said they would and I went back to the table to see my mother wearing my wife's jacket over her own but I figured they would have the heat up shortly. Ten minutes later there was no change so I went back to the counter and asked again. The original person I asked was there but ignored me. Finally, a woman came up and I asked her about the heat and she said it would be turned up. Back to the table. I was standing by our table a few minutes later waiting for our food when the original person came flying around the corner and curtly told me to move because I was in front of the thermostat. Needless to say I was not happy.
Too rude for me. Will find a different Chinese restaurant.More
