I found this restaurant on Trip Advisor and thought we should go for a late lunch or afternoon tea. It is a very nice dining area with a small area where you can buy British goods. The selection of tea was quite extensive, with many...More

To experience an English Tea party this is the perfect place. There is a choice of various teas with great black, cheery and apple teas to choose from. The savoury sandwiches and sweet cakes come in an impressive tower and the quantity is very lavish....More

Hardly British as tea too strong, no hot water brought with the pot so had to ask and by the time it arrived the tea was truly stewed and not enough milk, had to ask for more! This was due to her having a busy...More

I took a GF here for her birthday based on the reviews. What the unimpressive exterior photos don't show you is that TOB is located in a very nice, upscale outdoor mall of sorts so after you enjoy the tea, there are several nice home...More

Food also average. Soups good. Server very kind but overworked. Room very loud almost like a bar atmosphere with the volume level. The flattest and hardest scones you will ever try and saw with a knife! Dreadful. Couldn't eat them. Won't return. Tea lukewarm too.

I don't get the hype. The food wasn't bad at all, but definitely not British. Maybe inspired by England, but not the real deal. Their scones are a joke.

It is delightful to watch this establishment grew from a small place that served traditional British food at a farmer's market to now a full-fledged British tea room with great ambience for relaxing and pleasurable afternoon tea at Wayne PA. I have been a customer...More
