My mom introduced me to Chen's years ago. Now whenever we come in from Colorado we head there for a wonderfully traditional meal that takes me back in time. My dad, loved brown sauce Shrimp and Lobster sauce. I find it almost impossible to locate this anywhere. Additionally, I believe they have THE best Wonton Soup on the planet! For... More

We went to Chen's for lunch today and it was perfect. The service was attentive but not pushy, the food was delicious and hot. The prices are very competitive and fair. I love eating here when we are visiting Westerly. If you enjoy Chinese this is a must stop for you.

Ordered take-out and was surprised at the ability to order from their menu online, initially frustrating but created an account and things went smoother. The portions, promptness, and accuracy of our order was spot on. The food quality is good.

Excellent Chinese food! Like the restaurants we went to as kids. Lo mein is so good, chock full of veggies. Moo goo gai pan has lots of chicken and veggies. Fried rice is the best! Haven't had anything we didn't love! Highly recommended!

First thing you notice when you walk in is that the place hasn't been updated in 20+ years. Amazing how some restaurant owners let their places go. Ordered the Chicken fingers (Dry and some pieces so hard and dry, we had to spit them out) Pork fried rice (Good flavor but had so much pork in it, it was more... More

Your typical mainstream American Chinese restaurant, lousy drinks, marginal food. I wanted vegetable egg foo young, was a production & when I got them back to where I was staying, they had the pork in them, waited like 40 minutes!! My husband had general tso's chicken, not good at all. The fried rice was OK. Try somewhere else! I heard... More

The cute young woman who helped me with a printing/laminating project recommended this restaurant, and told me it's the best in town. So, either she doesn't eat, or the town needs more options! Very average. I ordered a combo of General Tso's, Egg Roll and Rice. They do not have brown rice, so I selected Fried Rice--it was brown, not... More

Typical Chinese menu but nothing special. Nice lunch options and very friendly staff. Food preparation and quality was okay.

We love Chens! The chinese food is the best around our area. We live in CT 35 minutes away and we only go therefor Chinese. They give good portions and the prices are reasonable. No one measures up to their Chinese. I love their rice, chicken fingers and boneless ribs. They oiffer great lunch special pricing too.

Only received half the order that we payed for, it was 30 min late, contained used condiments and no fallow up from them until I reached out to them again & in return I got a store credit of the food that was missing. The manager took the time to apologize in her message and blame it on her fellow co-worker.
