We're Louisiana natives visiting son who is currently working in Anderson. He'd heard the food was great, Cajun style, and it was. Husband and son had Muffaletas and couldn't stop raving about the garden mix on the sandwiches. The muffaletas came with an Italian chopped salad. I had the shrimp n'grits which was different as there was ham gravy over... More

This little gem of South Carolina is a must when traveling through the upstate. Tucked away on Due West Hwy in Belton. The food is phenomenal. All made from fresh local produce and meats. The Grits are homemade and home milled. The best I've ever had. This husband and wife combo came from New Orleans with an established cooking pedigree.... More

Breakfast was great and I was stuffed and could not eat it all...But since I knew I wouldn't make back for a while I just had to try the pecan pie. it was wonderful. The ice cream was very creamy! Can't wait to go back and try lunch!

Must visit if in area. It is off the beaten path but well worth the trip. Always great food. Praline bacon is a must try. Always great food and service. Eat inside or outside.

We have been there several times on Saturdays and sometimes we order from the breakfast menu and sometimes from the lunch menu. We have NEVER been disappointed with the food or the service. It's an experience that you just need to experience for yourself!

We attended a dinner at MJudson, a bookstore on Main Street in Greenville, SC, catered by Grits and Groceries. Owners Heidi and Joe Trull were on hand. Fantastic meal starting with fresh watermelon spinach salad, baby back ribs with a tomato sauce and blueberry pie. Blew us away. Can't wait to visit the restaurant in Belton.

You would never expect to find a Restuarant in this location among farms in rural SC. that has decilious food and great service. Two of our party ordered the Thursday special-liver and onions-and was very pleased, liver was tender in a brown gravy sauce with potatoes. We all got dessert.......homemade ice cream and coconut almond bread pudding with chocolate and... More

I was so excited to eat here, having read about them in Southern Living and heard from friends what a destination it was. I had a burger and fries, and while it was not all that bad, it wasn't in any way awesome, just a burger. The service was ok, and the prices way too high for what it was.... More

This was true down home southern cooking with the praline bacon and the ham balls that are rolled in potato chips and deep fried, deep fried blueberry fritters and cheese with butter grits, your arteries wills sure clog before your meal is over. I must say everything was delicious but a bit pricey. We had a group of 12 and... More

Loved it all! From the Praline Bacon and Ham Balls for appetizers to the Vietnames Spring Rolls, it was superb. In the middle of nowhere and worth the drive. Excellent service as well😊
