Every time we come to Charleston we go in to kilwins for their bear claws at home we call them turtles but in Charleston they are 4 times the size and delicious. This year someone I met said to try the ice cream, I am a vanilla person and it has to be pretty good to make me happy. The... More

While it's not the best ice cream I've ever tasted, you can't go wrong for stopping by. It's a bit pricey, but it was right near were we stayed.

Great ice cream, fabulous chocolate, amazing caramel apples! I have never tasted anything that was not delicious from this establishment.

My wife and I decided to share an after dinner ice cream cone. As soon as you enter, the aroma of fresh baked waffle cones takes control of your sweet tooth. The server did offer free samples on any flavor. We settled on 2 scoops: perfect piece of cake and double peanut butter pie (or similar name) on a waffle... More

The chocolates looked and smelled very tempting, but we were headed for the ice cream! The staff was very pleasant and patient, offering samples to taste. It was a hard decision!!! No sugar also available. The ice cream was exceptionally creamy and rich. Guilt trip - but worth it!!

Stop by and get great fudge. The staff is very friendly and made sure that we got out of town safely by infoming us that when it rains really hard the streets flood and she wasn't kidding within 5 minutes of hard rain the rain was even with the sidewalk.

The fudge is expensive and the pralines aren't the beautiful ones made with pecan halves. Theirs are smaller and made with chopped pecans. The staff was friendly, but I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of what I bought there.

You cannot walk down Market street without being seduced by the aroma's coming from Kilwin's Chocolate shop. The ice cream and fudge was just great. The caramel apples are varied and all delicious. Don't leave Charleston without stopping if you can...
