We met for lunch in downtown and walked to Fuel. The atmosphere is a converted gas station using fuel pump handles for light fixtures. The fried goat cheese salad is a great choice for lunch!

We went to Fuel as part of a tasting tour and it was great. Good pork taco with a Caribbean coleslaw , corn chowder and a jerk chicken and pineapple sandwich . Fuel is in a converted vintage gas station .
We stopped in for an impromptu drink. Our service was excellent: attentive without being pushy. We enjoyed talking to the bartender, and the quality of the drinks was very good. We'll be back for some food.

This place is so cool. You can sit inside or outside. It is a laid back place to get some awesome food. If you go try the HO Cakes.

I had the most delicious jerk chicken sandwich (with pineapple) and a side of fried plantains which was amazing! Top it with margaritas and friendly service, you can't go wrong here.
I ordered the chicken nachos and they were SOOO good. The chicken was fresh and they gave you good portion. The atmosphere was great outside and I am definitely going back.
