Yes, I would go with a dress shirt and slacks if eating indoors. At the bar you could go with polo shirt. I personally would steer away from jeans, but khaki's would work.

I didn't see any when we were there in November but it was also nearly 80 degrees during the day then. I would expect they either do have heaters or they don't open the patio if its too chilly.
