One of the best Charleston has to offer, with excellent service from greeting to goodbyes this gem of a dining experience delights with the creative presentations from Chef Michelle Weaver's kitchen. The prices are above average but well worth the splurge.

Late night dinner after traveling and lecturing. Dining room is beautiful and service was good. Food was good. I had the Sea Scallops with Chili-Chorizo Vinaigrette, Morcilla, and Pea Purée. A very unexpected scallop preparation that I enjoyed. Would return.

Celebrating a friend's birthday with a inmate dinner for four. Excellent service, (changed tables when the bar became too loud), good wine selection, very fresh food and a splendid dessert menu.

Thank you so much for inquiring. The Grill is definitely an upscale restaurant and people do dress up. In the dining room you will see a wide variety of dress but you won't see shorts, tee shirts or anyone looking at all... More
