Judging by the looks of the outside of this place you would never think their food was absolutely delicious, it is so freaking delicious! You've got to try the tuna tacos and their corn oh my god their street corn is to die for. Will be back over and over and over again.

We never miss the surf bar while in Folly. The Pain killer drink is my fave. Don't miss out on the onion rings, tacos or the cool vibe. A must if at Folly.

Food was good and a good variety of beer. Your typical beach type spot to stop and have a bite, stop by and check it out

Spent an hour or so at Surf Bar in Folly Beach this past Saturday. Place was busy, but didn't feel too crowded. Service was excellent - timely and responsive. Food was good, I had the cheesesteak with fries - fries were outstanding. Highly recommend if you're looking for a simple out of the way place with personality.

Wood fire grill that puts out good burgers and tuna tacos, but the real surprise is their Philly Cheese Steaks. Better than most I've had in Philly. They also carry the skinny French fries that I love and prefer. The bartenders are all great, especially the trivia filled Irish fellow. As an added bonus, they actually use fresh squeezed limes... This restaurant was a huge surprise for us. It's off the main drag and clearly is a favorite for locals and not tourists. Much quieter than the restaurants on main street. We had the ahi tuna tacos which were out of this world. We sat on the dog friendly patio where other local dog owners gathered. Really laid back and... More

Bartender didn't judge me when I got PBR (because it's the best cheap beer) or when o ordered a freaking bunless veggie burger because I'm trying to be healthy. Awesome dive bar with cheap drinks and awesome food. Highly recommend! Manager, if you're reading this it was the foreign white guy that was my bartender and he was awesome.

Good bar food (I especially like the fried onions) and tasty drinks (try the ubiquitous Pain Killer). It's downright Folly. No glitz no giltter.
