The wedding reception was casual, comfortable and roomy. The staff was friendly and took care of the guests so the bride and groom could mingle with their friends and family. The Lazy Goat allowed the bride and groom to bring in their own desserts so there was a large variety and something for everyone.

I attended at dinner with approximately 75 attendees and was very impressed not only with the menu but in the way that it was served. We were seated at round tables of 8 and the vegetables order were served in bowls that each table member passed around the table to others. Two entree choices, Salmon and Chicken, were served on... Loved this place! Such a great location near the Reedy River Park where all the action is, but the restaurant has a nice calm vibe. The food is eclectic and very well done...delicious, and with many healthy options. Great view from most every table, easy access to the other shops and the Blues Boulevard nearby.

I was in Greenville on business and needed a nice meal. Chose the Lazy Goat and very pleased that I did. To start the atmosphere is warm , upscale & inviting. There is both inside and outdoor seating over looking the river and walking path. I chose the Falafael salad. The Falafaels were very moist and flavorful over a bed... More

One of my 3 go to spots downtown, the food and service is always good. Great spot to take a date, or just go solo for a good meal.

The views are fantastic. We sat by the window for our visiting guests to enjoy the view of the Reedy River and the folks walking by. The food is different than other restaurants, so it was a big hit with our guests who are from MI. They also worked with me on my entree to ensure that it met my... More

Had lunch. Service decent. Food ok. Not a bad experience but nothing to rave about either. Thought it was a little overpriced for what we got.

Interesting menu with unusual items to offer. Small plates and large options. Braised rib dinner was amazing. Everyone liked their meals in our group of 4. Great view of river if lucky enough to get a right seating.

The Lazy Goat is a Mediterranean-themed restaurant with a menu featuring global influences from Spain, Morocco, Italy, France, Greece, Africa and the Middle East and a relaxed atmosphere where taking the time to "linger and share" is encouraged. The diverse menu was created to accommodate a variety of diner preferences with meat & cheese plates, small plates to “graze and nibble,” and main dishes. Guests are invited to take their time while "trying a little bit of that and a little bit of that" or a "whole lot of whatever they like".
