Nice place for dinner. The atmosphere is good and the food has been good every time we have been there. They have a good selection of menu items from which to choose.

Since we are new to the area We are trying different restaurants. My husband had the seafood plate with fried shrimp. He said all was good. They make their own cole slaw and he also got seasoned fries. I had the salmon with risotto and green beans. It was very good. Leah, our waitress was very good and attentive. My... More

This is a great spot to go in beautiful downtown Greer. They have great oysters, we usually order a few oyster rockefeller, and then a couple orders of steamed. They will also surprise you with outstanding sushi. This is a great place to go with the family.

This is a great setting in the much improved City of Greer. This is a great place for a drink and dinner. Great place for a bucket of oysters. In my opinion the rest of the menu could use improvement. Great place to hang out with friends though!

It's my second time in this restaurant and I was not dissapointed. I ordered sushi and it was very good. The owner was there talking to us and very nice. Service was good!

"The kitchens backed up" this was the greeting we received as our group of five walked in the door for our 7 o'clock reservation....wow?! The food was good enough. The service was okay. The overall experience was below average. We're going to take a couple years off from this restaurant. If your family is looking for just a so-so dining... More

The Great Bay Oyster House is the oldest fine dining restaurant in Greer and we had never gone there. For our sixth anniversary we made reservations and went there. My gosh what we have been missing all these years! The Oysters Rockefeller was outstanding! I then had their fish platter. The cocktail sauce was as great as the cocktail sauce,... More

If I could rate this on food alone I would give GBOH a 5 star rating. However, good service or in this case bad service really makes an impact. Our service was horrible! The waitress was never around. We had to constantly ask for beverage refills and even had to get up to find our own bottle of ketchup. The... More
