Casual restaurant with some of the best burgers we have ever had. The onion rings were great too. Rayann was an excellent waitress!! We will definitely eat here any time we are on Hilton Head.

There was no wait for a table of six on a Thursday night. Burgers were fresh, even my wife's veggie burger, and the rosemary fries were a pleasant surprise. We got a spot outside and enjoyed the weather, lie music, and good food.
Headed to a restaurant for Bang Bang Shrip, 45; minute wait. 3 couples decided to try the burgers at Charbar instead. Not disappointed, had the Champs and Charbar burgers, chicken sandwich, Peach shakes. Onion rings were flavorless without the dipping sauce, easy issue to correct. Good flavor burgers, all the fixins a bit unusual but really made for special flavors.... More
No complaints at all when it comes to the Charbar Co. All burgers were cooked perfectly and were very flavorful. One of us had chicken instead of a burger and it was fried well and moist. We started with the fried mac n cheese balls and I could have eaten those as a meal alone they were so good. Service... More
We had a pretty good experience at Charbar while on vacation. My husband ordered the "Champ" burger which was a signature beef blend on toasted brioche with sharp cheddar cheese, Benton’s bacon marmalade, smokey dijon mustard and dill pickles. My husband substituted a pretzel bun, which was a great choice. The pretzel bun wasn't dense as they can often be,... More
The burgers were okay. The service was very good and the side dishes were okay. The bar area seemed busy but the crowd was probably low because of rainy weather which closed down the outside patio where there was a fire pit. We will give it another try on a dry night if we are in the area.
I live in Bluffton and my husband and I used to come here all the time but moved away during hurricane Matthew and just recently moved back. Needless to say I was eager to come back to my favorite burger place on the island! Charbar does not disappoint. I came here tonight with my husband and our baby son and... More
Great burgers, excellent blend thick juicy and cooked to perfection. I had the onion rings which were freshly batter dipped and delicious. My wife had the seasoned fries which were also very good. Service was quick and attentive. We would definitely go back.
